- 1 cup Alsi Roasted
- 12 cup Gurr/Juggery Grated
- 1 cup sesame seeds (Til) Roasted (optional)
- 1 cup coconut Optional
- 2 tbps Ghee Coconut oil
- 12 tbps cardamom powder (Elachi)
Roast Flaxseeds: Dry roast Alsi in a pan over low heat until they start to pop slightly. Let them cool.
Grind the Flaxseeds: Grind the roasted Alsi into a coarse powder using a grinder or food processor.
Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine Alsi powder, grated jaggery/gurr, roasted sesame seeds (Til), desiccated coconut, and cardamom/Elaichi powder.
Heat Ghee: Warm the ghee in a small pan until it melts. Add it to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
Shape into Laddoos: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (laddoos) with your palms.
Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
