High-Protein Egg White Veggie Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large egg whites
  • ½ cup chopped vegetables like bell peppers, spinach, or onions
  • 1 whole-grain tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat cheese optional
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick pan and cook the chopped vegetables until soft.
  • Add the egg whites to the pan and scramble until they’re cooked.
  • Put the cooked eggs and veggies on the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top, if you like.
  • Roll the tortilla into a wrap and enjoy!
