Turkey and Veggie Wrap Recipe
Here’s an easy recipe for turkey and veggie wraps that you can make in under 15 minutes

- 1 whole-grain tortilla or wrap bread
- 3-4 slices of lean turkey breast
- ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup sliced cucumbers
- 2 slices of avocado
- 1 tablespoon hummus
- Salt and pepper to taste
Lay the whole-grain tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread the hummus evenly across the center of the wrap.
Layer the spinach, carrots, cucumbers, turkey slices, and avocado.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges to keep the ingredients secure.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
